CLICK ON THE HELP TITLES IN THE LEFT COLUMN TO VIEW SPECIFIC INFORMATION. Persons using this Web-Application should have a general understanding in the use of a web-browser and migrating through web-pages. They should also have a general understanding of the Termite and Pest Control industry. MAIN MENU DESCRIPTIONS PROPERTY SEARCH: 1. Allows the user to search for existing properties by building number, street, city, record number, or who ordered the inspection. 2. Add new property information. 3. Flag, edit, and print form letters. 4. Filter searches by prospects, unscheduled inspections, outstanding bids, work in progress, references, sales tracking, canceled appointments, pest customers, and yearly control service by month. 5. Allows the user to schedule an appointment, view property information, property disposition, view up-loaded documents. View yearly status and history. FINDINGS-RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. This is used to add, edit, or delete company findings, recommendations, and notes. HUMAN RESOURCES: 1. Allows the user to add employee information, job descriptions, user names and passwords, and document employee activity. PRINT MENU: 1. Allows the user to print inspection reports, up-loaded images, company memo's, fax, print letters, up-load company images, and print truck check list. UTILITIES MENU: 1. This is used to add,edit, and delete specific documentation pertaining to a number of user defined items. 2. Select Utilities from the Main Menu for a complete list. SCHEDULE: 1. Allows the user to view appointments by month. Filters the calendar by technician, service type, location, yearly control, and pest control. You can add special events to the calendar and by clicking on a calendar day, view CLIENTS AND VENDORS 1. This is used to add,search, remove clients and vendors. Filters include, HOA, Real Estate, Property Mgmt, Escrow, and Prospects. COMMUNICATION 1. This is used for inner office memo's, message board, and suggestion box. ACCOUNTING 1. Allows the user to view monthly totals by 30-60-90 days past due, by month, or by Inspector. 2. It lists property address, inspector, invoice numbers, cost, paid, and balance due. LOG OFF 1. Is used for exiting the application.
